Please provide us with your first and second choice of four digit gate codes, so that if someone has chosen the same number as your first choice we will have a second choice. For security reasons it is best not to use your home/town home/condo number or your parking space number. This would enable someone to know if you are at home or not. Please keep your gate code confidential as you do with any of your other access codes. Do not give it out to delivery or repair people. Please return this completed form to Wildwood Management Group, at the address on the letterhead, via e-mail or via facsimile, at your earliest convenience so that we can complete this project in a timely manner.
Upon receipt of all of the gate codes we will send you a notification of what your new
gate code is and when it will be affective.
