Each has earned a prestigious designation pertinent to the industry and has held top leadership positions in industry organizations. Here are some highlights about our key members:
YVONNE BLESS WEBER
After 35 years and more than 35,000 units, Yvonne's management experience directly impacts Wildwood communities. She is intimately involved with the management and motivation of the Wildwood Team Members.
Her commitments are to integrity, superior service, high energy, maximum performance and genuine enthusiasm. Yvonne's goals of management by example and on-site coaching have contributed to Wildwood's success. Yvonne's commitment to knowledge about her industry is demonstrated with the designations she has earned: Certified Apartment Manager, Certified Apartment Supervisor, and a Certified Property Manager. Yvonne has served on the board of directors and executive committee of both the San Antonio and Texas Apartment Associations. She was elected President of the San Antonio Apartment Association in 1990 and later elected President of the Texas Apartment Association in 1996. Yvonne has been recognized for her outstanding contribution to the apartment industry by the San Antonio Apartment Association the Texas Apartment Association and also recognized nationally by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
In 2004 Yvonne was asked to serve on the Texas Legislative Action Committee for the Community Associations' Institute. She also serves on their Minuteman Committee and PAC Board of Trustees. Yvonne is active in her community, having served on the San Antonio Metropolitan Ministry Housing Trust Board. She enjoys being active in her church, and loves spending time with her two grand babies.
JERRY GUTIERREZ
Maintenance Supervisor/Safety Coordinator
Jerry has been with Wildwood for nearly 20 years. He has achieved the CAMT designation, and has a thorough understanding of efficiency in maintenance, safety and preventive maintenance. Jerry does regular inspections of all properties ensuring code compliance. He is also available to all maintenance staff for any special maintenance related issues and training.
LAUREN WEBER
Office Administrator
A recent graduate of the University of Texas, Lauren has worked with Wildwood since she was two years old. From coloring the company's first business card to now being the Office Administrator, Lauren has barely known life without Wildwood. As a result, she is extremely dedicated to maximizing efficiency and fanatical about customer service.
She is just recently married and a devoted mother to her puppies, Tulip and Honey Brown.
LUANA JOHNSON
Property Supervisor
Luana entered the field of property management in 1985 and quickly utilized her education experience to create a motivating and charged environment for her fellow team members. She spearheaded Wildwood's Brainpower Board in 1989 and continues to be a driving force in the company. Luana's energy and attention to detail offer our clients a level of performance that is unsurpassed. Luana has completed all course requirements for her CAPS designation. She has completed her certification requirements for Homeowner Association Management. Luana served on several committees for the Southside Chamber of Commerce and the Highland Hills Neighborhood Association.
DAWN SATTERFIELD
Property Supervisor
Dawn has been involved in the Property Management industry since 1980. She attended the San Antonio School of Real Estate and worked closely with the San Antonio Apartment Association Program Committee.
At Wildwood, Dawn combines her skills in onsite management, leasing and accounting to provide professional guidance and assistance to her clients. Her thirst for knowledge, enthusiasm for work and her tireless energy have earned the appreciation and respect of her Wildwood clients.
R. Carol Amar
Carol has over 20 years experience in the Association Management field having worked as an “on-site” manager, a portfolio manager and has worked as a management company manager. With her Accounting and Computer background, she has knowledge and a great understanding of the financial well being of a company, an association or “profit centers” within an Association. Ms. Amar has earned the prestigious designation of “Professional Community Association Manager” (PCAM) through the national association, Community Associations Institute (CAI). This designation was awarded to Carol 16 years ago and she has completed all required continuing education courses to keep this title. In addition to the continuing education, Carol has remained active in CAI and was a member of the Board of Directors for the last 3 years. Her past experience includes earning a Nevada Real Estate license with a Property Management Permit as an addition to the license and was one of the first Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) in California. Carol’s varied experience brings to our company a vast knowledge in the field of Association Management which allows our company to offer assistance in many areas.
