We are the arm of the Board that carries out its wishes. We make recommendations based on our experience and expertise. Once the Board makes the decision, we see the task through to completion.
We take the worries, but not the decisions, out of your hands. We will give you our opinions and then carry out what you decide.
Our ultimate goal is:
- To keep members of the association informed
- Ensure the physical plant is in proper order
- Handle the fiscal responsibilities as if the dollars were our own
- Report and be responsive to the Board and, most importantly
- Protect the asset and help enhance the value of the community
