Wildwood Management Group seriously values the health and safety of our team members, clients, colleagues and friends. We continue to monitor the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and to follow the guidance of the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other government entities. Accordingly, we are taking several steps to maintain a very high level of awareness and quality regarding our work environment and business practices. Wildwood Management Group will be adjusting the working schedules for staff and making recommendations and changed business practices as this issue persists. We are committed to continuing to provide the support resources important to our team and clients in delivering management services to our clients requiring a continuation of service during this temporary disruption.
What Wildwood is doing:
- We are encouraging our homeowners to contact us by telephone or email only. Our offices will be available for employee use however the doors will remain locked and no visitors allowed. This means we will not be available in person to receive any homeowner correspondence or payments. A drop box will be available during regular business hours for items that need to be submitted. You may still contact your manager or assistant by telephone or email.
- Currently all board and annual meetings are postponed until further notice. Please continue to monitor the Wildwood website, your association website, your email or any community bulletin board for updates.
- Association projects will continue as scheduled allowing for modifications concerning vendor meetings.
- If you do not have your manager’s direct telephone number, please contact Wildwood at 210-732-0000 and we can provide that information.
We realize this is a fluid, rapidly changing situation. We will keep you updated regarding the status of our business operation and will provide additional guidance and support as it becomes necessary. While these measures are more drastic than almost any we have taken in our 33 year history, we believe they are necessary to protect each one of you and to slow the spread of COVID-19.
